Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows time to offer the slot to other clients who may be waiting. • Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full session fee, except in cases of emergency or exceptional circumstances. • Missed appointments without notice ("no-shows") will also be charged the full session fee. By attending sessions, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
